Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago, Chicago, Illinois The Lutheran School of Theology project, now nearing completion is an example of a church based institutional project which includes the creation of new worship space, and new office space.The project also includes the creation of a new third floor in the volume vacated by the removal of the existing dysfunctional “auditorium-chapel.” The remaining two-story volume has been developed into a modern and flexible worship/assembly space for celebration and convocation. A new entrance to the LSTC facility is also planned.
